The promo for The Great Indian Kapil Show Episode 1 is now out. Netflix India has titled the episode ‘Welcome Kapoor Khandaan’ and will feature Neetu Kapoor, Ranbir Kapoor and Riddhima. At the show’s press conference, Kapil said that since it’s the first episode of his show on the OTT platform, they decided to start the first family of Bollywood as their guests. The promo looks entertaining and leaves us excited to watch the entire episode.

The synopsis for the episode reads, “Loads of laughter and some never before heard revelations coming your way as the Kapoor family graces the sets of The Great Indian Kapil Show.”

In the promo, Kapil Sharma says how Ranbir Kapoor used to give his sister’s clothes to his girlfriends. The Animal actor added that he would also give his mom’s jewellery to his girlfriends. The promo calls Ranbir a “Superdad”. Archana Puran Singh asks Kapoor if he changed Raha’s diaper. The actor says that he’s a burp specialist.

Neetu Kapoor adds that when Raha enters a room, you should see Ranbir Kapoor’s face (she does a shaking movement). Ranbir tells Kapil Sharma that he can’t wait to bring his and Alia Bhatt’s daughter Raha on his show. Further, Kapil talks about his kids. Kapil says that he’s the only one who took care of his daughter while his wife, Ginni Chatrath, was busy delivering the second child.

To Kapil’s remarks, Ginni responds, “So who’s responsible for it?” A baffled Kapil tells his team jokingly to take the mic away from Ginni’s hands. We can’t wait to see what more revelations Neetu and Ranbir have made about each other and their lives and careers. We’re sure Riddhima would also have a lot of interesting anecdotes to share about her brother. Let’s hope we get to see a virtual surprise by Alia Bhatt. After all, the Darlings actress is also a part of Kapoor Khandaan now.

The Great Indian Kapil Show Episode 1 will stream on Netflix on March 30 at 8 pm. Every new episode will drop on Saturday.
